Start in Seller Central under Manage Inventory. Select the items you want to send to FBA, choose Send to Amazon, and enter the quantity per SKU. Amazon will generate a shipment plan and assign fulfillment center destinations.
Review the prep requirements Amazon specifies for each ASIN. Some items will require poly bags, bubble wrap, or specific label placement. Print these requirements and share them with your prep center before freight arrives.
For each box in the shipment, enter box contents in Seller Central or use a scanning tool to confirm what is in each carton. Amazon uses this information at receiving — mismatches between the plan and actual contents cause delays.
Once the shipment is submitted, print the box labels and shipping labels from Seller Central. Provide these to your prep center with the shipment ID so they can apply labels and stage cartons correctly before carrier pickup.
