5) Do you have a client portal for real-time inventory visibility? 6) What is your process for handling damaged or mislabeled inbound inventory? 7) What are your volume break points for per-unit pricing? 8) What additional fees should I expect beyond the per-unit prep rate?
9) Have you worked with sellers at my volume level and product category? 10) Can I visit the facility before committing? A prep center that refuses a facility visit is a red flag.
Document the answers and compare across at least three prep centers before committing. The right prep center has clear answers to all ten — and the wrong one will be obvious by question four.
